AccountiX
The books, the reports and the records — closed on time, every month.
A double-entry accounting platform built for finance teams: general ledger, bank reconciliation, financial statements, analytics, a document vault with a permanent audit trail, and a guided month-end close with period locks.

The brief
Finance teams were closing the month across spreadsheets, a bank portal and a shared drive. Reconciliations lived in workbooks, receipts in email, and nobody could say with confidence which version of the numbers the accountant had signed off.
What we built
We built AccountiX around one double-entry ledger that every screen reads from. Bank lines match themselves where they can, statements and analytics are generated from the same postings, every document is linked to the entry it supports, and the month closes against a checklist — then locks, so the numbers stay the numbers.
General ledger
Journal entries with approvals, attachments, recurring and auto-reversing entries, and a full history on every line.
Bank reconciliation
Statement lines matched by amount, date and payee, with suggested matches and bank rules for the rest.
Financial statements
Profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance — accrual or cash, with comparatives and PDF or Excel export.
Analytics
Margins, working capital, DSO and DPO, budget vs actual, and a 13-week cash forecast.
Records & audit trail
A searchable document vault linked to the entries it supports, retention rules, and a log that can’t be edited.
Month-end close
A close checklist with owners and due dates — accruals, depreciation, FX revaluation, GST/HST — then a period lock.
